Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Program Director for Power Delivery Solutions to oversee engineering and professional services delivery across designated programs.

The role requires coordinating with technical teams, section managers, and the PMO to ensure schedule adherence, quality deliverables, and cost efficiency. Candidates should have a strong background in electric utility engineering and program leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 10+ years of experience in electric utility engineering.
• Strong understanding of electrical, civil, structural and mechanical engineering as applied to power delivery.
• Advanced understanding of electric power utility industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent team building and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned program(s).
• Engage technical teams, review progress and performance with engineering managers to maximize program outcomes.
• Collaborate with Section Managers on engineering delivery and resource management; escalate performance issues.
• Partner with PMO to optimize program management and conduct issue investigations.
• Develop financial forecasts and collaborate with BD/AM on client initiatives.
