Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. (HQCA) seeks a Director of Platform Management to own the proposal and design platform ecosystem, ensure seamless integration in installer workflows, and define governance for cross-tool integrations.

This role reports to the Enterprise Planning & PMO and collaborates with product, engineering, sales, and operations teams. The position is based in California with in-office hours, potential for exceptional remote consideration, and a focus on delivering measurable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, or related field (minimum).
12+ years of professional experience, including partnerships, product management or integration management.
Experience owning or managing a technology platform partnership from contract through integration launch.

Responsibilities

Own platform configuration, integration governance, and standards.
Lead multi-platform integration to embed EnFin products at the point of sale.
Define KPI dashboards and monitor platform health and performance.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations for reliable integrations.
Drive data flow optimization for new products, channels, and installer experiences.
Communicate platform status and risks to leadership.
