Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Platform Operations to govern proposal platforms, ensure data integrity, and oversee API integrations with partners.

You will drive platform standards, scalability, and operational performance while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The role requires strategic leadership, deep solar industry knowledge, and experience building scalable processes for regulatory compliance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field or equivalent practical experience in operations, financial services, project management, or data-driven roles.
• 8-10+ years of experience including 6+ years in solar/renewable energy, operations, project management, data management, financing, or CRM platforms with data management and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for professional reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with risk, capital markets, and Servicing teams.
• Comfort with SFDC, spreadsheets, portals, and operational tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own design and proposal tool relationships including settings, implementation, controls, and oversight.
• Manage direct pay relationships including integration and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Evaluate and certify new design platforms including defect identification and corrections.
• Execute and comply with regulatory programs (Domestic Content, FEOC, Safe Harbor) including audits.
• Own data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system alignment across platforms supporting asset operations.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and oversight for assigned resources; support team growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Capital Markets, and Servicing to align data standards and requirements.
• Identify system, data, and process gaps and translate into feature requests with Product/Tech teams.
• Develop end-to-end data platforms, pipelines, and reporting ecosystems.
• Align priorities with Risk, Compliance, Servicing, Sales, and Technology teams for operational excellence.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and leading indicators to identify operational risks.
