Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a senior leader to own enterprise demand governance, structuring, and prioritization across business units.

You will translate business demands into clearly defined projects, drive portfolio priorities, and coordinate cross-functional evaluations with BA, TA, and vendor partners. You will shepherd the demand-to-roadmap translation, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and lead monthly oversight with CIO and the President.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, product strategy, or portfolio management.
• Proven experience operating enterprise-level demand intake and prioritization frameworks.
• Strong understanding of business architecture and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, data platforms).

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of ownership for collecting and managing business demands across entities and functions.
• Establish and enforce standard definitions for project vs program vs product vs operational request; business-tied vs standalone initiatives.
• Translate approved demands into tech roadmap inputs and aligned timelines; maintain ownership boundaries.
• Lead the Monthly Steering Committee to evaluate, prioritize, and approve initiatives; ensure feasibility and resource reviews.
• Own the monthly reporting cadence to BU stakeholders, CIO, and President; guide dashboards and data exposure.
• Define and operate demand control processes using project management tools, valuation, and scoring models.
