Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a senior portfolio governance leader to own enterprise demand intake, structuring, and prioritization across business units.

You will ensure investments align with strategy and translate them into clearly defined projects and roadmaps. You will chair the Monthly Steering Committee, drive ROI-based prioritization, and guide cross-functional evaluations with BA, TA, vendors, and partners to enable smooth handoffs from demand to execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business, information systems, social science, engineering or related fields.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, product strategy, or portfolio management.
• Proven experience operating enterprise-level demand intake and prioritization frameworks.
• Strong understanding of business architecture and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, data platforms).
• Platform vs product vs project models;
• Competency using AI tools to improve productivity, knowledge discovery, workflow automation, analysis, and user support, including practical experience with Atlassian Rovo or comparable enterprise AI capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional steering committees.
• Excellent stakeholder management and decision facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical capability (ROI, value modeling, prioritization frameworks).

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide demand intake, structuring, and prioritization mechanism across business units and functions.
• Ensure investments are aligned with business strategy and converted into clear project topics.
• Lead the Monthly Steering Committee to evaluate, prioritize, and approve initiatives.
• Drive objective prioritization using strategic alignment, ROI/value assessment, and resource constraints.
• Coordinate internal evaluations across BA, TA, vendors and external partners.
• Translate approved demands into tech roadmap inputs and aligned timelines.
• Own the monthly reporting cadence to BU stakeholders, CIO, and President.
• Set priorities for the System Owner role and ensure tooling reflects governance rules.
• Define and operate demand control processes with project management tools and valuation models.
