Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Platform Operations to govern design and proposal tools, oversee data integrity, and certify partner API integrations. The role collaborates with Product, Risk, and Servicing to align standards and scale operations.

You will lead a cross-functional team, drive regulatory compliance for Domestic Content, FEOC, and Safe Harbor, and shape scalable processes supporting growth and innovation in the clean energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations or a related field.
• 8–10+ years in solar/renewable ops, project management, data management, or related areas.
• 5+ years of people management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own design and proposal tool relationships including settings, implementation, and controls.
• Manage direct pay relationships including integration and contracts.
• Evaluate and certify new design platforms and platform integrations.
• Ensure regulatory program compliance and audit readiness.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy across platforms.
