You will build disciplined execution systems, strengthen commercial relationships, and drive scalable growth for installers, distributors, service providers, and integration partners.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leader with 15+ years of work experience and 12+ years scaling B2B partner ecosystems.
• Strong track record of improving execution quality across multi-stakeholder delivery environments.
• Commercially credible operator capable of managing strategic external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational ownership of partner onboarding, activation readiness, and market launch execution.
• Establish scalable operating standards for activation timelines, documentation quality, and gating.
• Own Partner Operations as primary B2B support interface including advisor teams, workflows, and escalation management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Risk, and Finance to drive performance improvements with strategic partners.
