Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Platform Operations to lead governance for design and proposal tools, ensure data integrity, and certify partner platforms and API integrations.

This role coordinates internal and external teams to meet evolving clean energy requirements and scale operations. The ideal candidate combines strategic operations with deep solar knowledge, stakeholder management, and a track record of building scalable processes supporting regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, business, or related field.
• 6+ years in solar/renewable energy, operations, data management, or related fields, with people leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and stakeholder updates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating with risk, capital markets, servicing, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own design and proposal tool relationships, settings, implementation, controls, and oversight.
• Manage direct pay relationships including integration and contractual compliance.
• Evaluate and certify new/updated design platforms and data platforms.
• Ensure regulatory program compliance (Domestic Content, FEOC, Safe Harbor) and audit readiness.
• Own data integrity and reporting accuracy across platforms.
• Lead and coach assigned resources and assist team expansion.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Capital Markets, and Servicing to align data standards.
• Identify system and process gaps and translate them into feature requests.
• Build end-to-end data platform and reporting expertise across teams.
• Drive operational excellence across risk, compliance, servicing, sales, and technology.
