Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. (HQCA) is seeking a Director of Platform Management to own the integration layer between proposal platforms and the company's broader technology stack. You will define platform configurations, advise internal teams on technical decisions, and drive high-impact initiatives at the intersection of product, technology, and sales.

The role is based in California with an in-office schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00–5:00 local time). Remote work may be considered in exceptional cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of professional experience across partnerships, product management, business development or integration management.
• Experience owning or managing a technology platform partnership from contract through integration launch and ongoing performance management.
• Working knowledge of API integrations; ability to translate between business requirements and technical specifications.
• Track record of driving measurable commercial outcomes: attach rate improvement, conversion lift or equivalent growth metrics.
• Prior experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on proposal and design platforms, maintaining deep knowledge of capabilities and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new platform partnerships or tooling as the company expands.
• Translate installer needs into actionable requirements for product and technology teams.
• Establish platform governance, performance metrics, and success criteria.
• Advise operations on platform configuration and settings and guardrails.
