Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development or portfolio/program management.
• Experience owning enterprise planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Planisware) at scale.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning tools portfolio strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Translate portfolio needs into business cases for BI&T and delivery partners.
• Drive tool adoption, governance, and data quality across programs.
• Partner with GPLs, Program Managers, and Analytics to close tooling gaps.
