Qualifications

• 12+ years in industry with 10+ years in drug development PM.
• Experience across therapy areas and global regulatory submissions (IND/CTA to NDA/BLA/MAA).
• Proven success delivering complex programs with enterprise visibility.
• Strong matrix leadership abilities and executive-level influence.
• Expertise in planning, risk management, stakeholder mgmt and soft skills.
• Ability to shape long-term development strategy for programs of enterprise significance.

Responsibilities

• PM SME delivering as strategic partner to GPL and GPT.
• Execute IDP per asset with cross-functional alignment to TPP/IDP.
• Lead matrixed PM teams and cross-functional timelines with risk plans.
• Monitor budget and resources; advocate for necessary assets.
• Provide PM governance input, support annual objectives and portfolio processes.
• Foster cross-functional thinking to drive portfolio strategy.
• Lead as change agent reflecting DD PM department vision.
