• Lead matrix PM teams to create and maintain integrated cross-functional timelines with risk scenarios.
• Lead risk management activities and deliver risk mitigation plans.
• Monitor high-level budget and resource health for assigned assets and indications; advocate for necessary resources.
• Provide PM SME input in governance discussions and decision gates.
• Support annual objective processes and portfolio planning.
• Foster cross-functional thinking to drive program strategy across the portfolio.
• Act as a change agent representing the DD PM department vision and ways of working.
