Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in science, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of pharma or life sciences experience with enterprise initiatives.
• Experience at top-tier strategy consulting strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead enterprise-level initiatives with problem framing, outcomes, governance, and roadmaps.
• Define workstreams, milestones, owners, success measures, and strategic levers to deliver value.
• Translate market signals into implications for growth and performance for senior leaders.
• Lead cross-functional teams with structured forums, tracking, and risk management.
