Qualifications

• 10+ years in People Operations or Total Rewards, including 5+ years in a management role.
• Experience automating People workflows and support systems.
• Fluency in modern data and automation tools, with a focus on AI integration.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into actionable roadmaps.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience in fast-paced environments managing large employee data.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as Workday is a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, People Operations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape and scale core People Operations programs that support a growing workforce in a fast-moving healthcare environment.

The position will partner closely with Finance and Legal to strengthen compliance, improve employee support, and streamline critical people processes.

It will also lead automation and systems improvements to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and create a better employee experience.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually
