Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive payroll operations experience.

For our client, we are seeking a Payroll Operations Director to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will oversee payroll operations with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and strong internal controls across a complex, multi-state environment. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence through standardization, process improvement, and effective team leadership. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, support organizational changes, and ensure payroll readiness for system updates and business transitions.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $134,600 – $230,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely processing


• Drive operational excellence through standardization and continuous improvement


• Lead and develop payroll leaders and team members


• Establish and monitor key performance indicators and compliance measures


• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex payroll issues
