Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, People Ops & Automation to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape how People Operations is delivered by combining strong HR program leadership with practical automation and AI-enabled workflows. You will partner closely with HR tech and cross-functional stakeholders to improve service delivery, strengthen employee experience, and ensure operational priorities stay aligned with business goals. The position will also help translate complex needs into scalable processes, using data and service insights to drive measurable improvements. A key focus will be building a more efficient, connected HR operating model while supporting the team’s growth in data-driven decision-making.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $185,915 – $195,700 annually
