Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting to lead a team of rebate contractors and oversee relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers. You will drive contract strategy, rebate forecasting, and budget impact analysis to support client formularies and value-based contracts.

The role emphasizes leading negotiations, cross-functional collaboration with Drug Information and P&T teams, and developing the IRC team for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years PBM/Healthcare plan experience with rebate contracting.
• Experience in contract negotiation (Commercial/Medicaid/Medicare Part D).
• Pharmacist licensure (unrestricted) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong collaboration and compliance orientation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with Pharma, customers, Navitus, and partners.
• Develop strategies for competitive Pharma contracts and ensure agreements and audit programs.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure rebate contracts are understood and resolve issues.
• Lead pharma negotiations and expand rebates while reducing net cost for clients.
• Lead, train and develop the contractor team.
• Other duties as assigned.
