Meitheal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, Reimbursement Services & Patient Support to provide strategic leadership for patient access initiatives. You will lead FRM, Hub Services, and external partnerships, driving reimbursement programs, payer strategy, and provider education.

You will collaborate with Market Access, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams to align brand strategy with access needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of healthcare/pharma experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Hub Services or Patient Support/Field Reimbursement.
• Oncology, Immunology, Rare Disease, or Specialty Pharma preferred.
• Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, MPH, MS) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient access and reimbursement programs across FRM, Hub Services, and Field Reimbursement.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Legal, Compliance, Commercial and external vendors.
• Set KPIs and SLAs; oversee service center operations.
• Develop and optimize reimbursement tools, resources, and education materials.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting access and affordability.
• Manage leadership of Hub Services and Field Reimbursement teams.
