Job summary

Meitheal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Director, Reimbursement Services & Patient Support to lead strategic patient access initiatives, reimbursement programs, and hub services.

This role partners with Market Access, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless patient support and access to therapies. The position requires directing FRM and hub operations, developing innovative access solutions, and aligning programs with brand strategy and market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Hub Services, Patient Support Programs, and/or Field Reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for FRM and Hub Services to maximize patient access.
• Lead reimbursement and patient support program development with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee hub services operations and vendor management.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and SLAs for patient access initiatives.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Commercial teams.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulations, and industry standards.
