Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from a 4-year college or university.
• 8+ years in reimbursement, market access, contract strategy, managed care, sales, marketing, or related healthcare field with at least 2+ years leading regional teams.
• Internal candidates may qualify with ELDP plus 5+ years in Access/Market Access/Patient Services.
• Experience partnering with complex healthcare organizations and health systems.
• Strong strategic account management to address access challenges.
• Depth in manufacturer-sponsored patient support programs, specialty pharmacy, billing and coding, and claims management.
• Proven success leading change and achieving outcomes.
• Residence within the region or reasonable commuting distance to a metropolitan airport.
• Travel 60-80% over a broad geography; valid driver’s license.
