Job summary

Keenova Therapeutics plc is seeking a Patient Access Manager to lead reimbursement and access initiatives across a high-touch biologic medication portfolio. You will educate patients, coordinate with SPs, and translate payer dynamics into actionable strategies to improve treatment initiation and continuity.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal stakeholders, data-driven decision making, and proactive problem solving to reduce access barriers and enhance patient support programs.

Qualifications

BS or equivalent is required.
8-10 years of relevant experience in Biopharma required.
5 years of reimbursement experience required.
Previous experience with Keenova relationships desirable.
Ability to translate complex reimbursement information into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

Act as the voice of the patient, translating insights into strategic recommendations.
Provide education, support, and navigation related to reimbursement and buy/bill processes.
Collaborate with FRMs, Case Managers, and SPs to resolve access barriers.
Analyze data to identify reimbursement trends and opportunities for program optimization.
Support development and refinement of patient access and reimbursement strategies.
