You will oversee FRM, Hub Services, and reimbursement programs, partnering with Market Access, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams to align access strategy with brand goals. This role requires deep knowledge of payer policies, coding, and provider workflows, with the ability to scale patient support across field and hub operations and travel up to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Hub Services, Patient Support Programs, and/or Field Reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for patient access initiatives, reimbursement programs, and hub services.
• Lead Field Reimbursement Management and Hub Services to optimize vendor relationships and performance.
• Develop educational materials and resources for payer policies, coding, billing, and prior authorizations.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams to align access strategy with brand goals.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs; monitor and improve patient access and provider experiences.
• Lead development of reimbursement tools and resources for healthcare providers.
