Meitheal Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Director of Reimbursement Services & Patient Support to lead patient access and reimbursement programs. You will align FRM and Hub Services with Market Access, Marketing, Legal and Compliance to drive program strategy and execution.

You will identify access barriers, develop innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with brand strategy and market needs, while managing vendor relationships and external partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in healthcare/pharma industry experience.
• 5+ years in Hub Services, Patient Support or Field Reimbursement.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic leadership for patient access and reimbursement programs.
• Lead FRM and Hub Services organizations and align with cross-functional teams.
• Develop reimbursement tools, materials and educational content.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
