BridgeBio Inc. seeks a Director, Field Reimbursement Manager to lead a team of FRMs, drive reimbursement education, and remove access barriers for providers in the U.S.

You will align access strategies with company goals and work across Commercial, Medical, Compliance, Legal, Trade, and Market Access teams. The role requires deep payer pathway knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to travel about 60% within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in biotech/pharma reimbursement, market access, or patient services.
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing field-based access/reimbursement teams.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payer environments, including commercial and government plans.

Responsabilités

• Lead a Field Reimbursement Leadership team and set access strategy aligned with BridgeBio objectives.
• Direct and develop a team of Field Reimbursement Managers and ensure compliant processes.
• Involve in high-priority reimbursement cases and model best-in-class field execution.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Compliance, Legal, Trade, and Market Access teams to share insights.
• Maintain compliant, HIPAA- and OIG-guided activities and promote ethical engagement.
