Job summary

BridgeBio seeks a Director, Field Reimbursement Manager to lead a team delivering provider-facing reimbursement education and access solutions. You will guide strategy across payer environments and partner with Commercial, Medical, Compliance, Legal, Trade, and Market Access teams.

You will also shape compliant reimbursement programs while ensuring ethical, patient-centric access. The role requires heavy travel and a deep understanding of U.S. reimbursement pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–10+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry with a focus on reimbursement, market access, or patient services.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or developing field-based access or reimbursement teams.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payer environments, including commercial and government plans.
• Experience working with specialty pharmacies and patient services hubs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs).
• Provide strategic direction for provider-facing reimbursement and access support.
• Identify access challenges across payer environments and drive compliant solutions.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert on payer coverage, prior authorization, appeals, and reimbursement pathways.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Family Services, Compliance, Legal, Trade, and Market Access teams.
