BridgeBio Pharma in the United States is seeking a Director, Field Reimbursement Manager to lead a team delivering payer education, access solutions, and strategy across provider networks.

You will partner with Commercial, Medical, Compliance, Legal, Trade, and Market Access to align access plans, share payer insights, and drive compliant, patient-centered programs. This role requires about 60% domestic travel.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in biotech or pharma with reimbursement focus.
• Proven experience leading field-based reimbursement teams.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payer environments, including commercial and government plans.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies and patient services hubs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute access and reimbursement strategy aligned with BridgeBio objectives.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for provider-facing reimbursement and access support.
• Identify access challenges across payer environments and drive compliant solutions.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert on payer coverage, prior authorization, appeals, and reimbursement pathways.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs).
• Establish performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and support professional development.
• Ensure consistent execution of access processes, tools, and compliance standards.
• Foster a collaborative, family-focused, and accountable team culture.
• Maintain selective involvement in high-priority, complex, or escalated access and reimbursement cases.
• Provide hands-on expertise in challenging situations where senior leadership support is required.
• Model best-in-class, compliant field execution for the team.
• Manage a small FRM geography that includes day-to-day functions commensurate with the responsibilities of the FRM role.
