Job summary

Zeno Group in New York is seeking a Director of Paid Media to helm paid media programs across social, search, and programmatic channels for a diverse client roster. You’ll work with account teams, strategists, creatives, and analytics partners to craft strategies and drive performance.

You will mentor junior teammates, lead integrated campaigns, and help advance Zeno's paid media capabilities with emerging tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or media strategy in an agency.
• Experience leading paid media across social, search, programmatic and other digital channels.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong understanding of campaign performance, audience targeting, and budgeting.
• Experience interpreting data to drive recommendations.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated paid media strategies across social, search, programmatic, video and other channels, aligning insights with client objectives.
• Oversee campaign execution, budgets, pacing and optimization while staying hands-on in paid social and search.
• Analyze campaign and website performance, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted media advisor to clients, presenting strategic recommendations and performance.
• Evaluate media partners and platforms, guiding vendor selection and sharing best practices across the agency.
• Partner with strategy, creative, analytics and account teams to connect paid media with broader communications programs.
