Job summary

Zenith, one of Publicis Groupe’s largest media agencies, seeks a Director, Paid Social to lead a portfolio of client digital accounts and drive growth, retention and satisfaction. You will partner with clients to optimize media spend across performance channels and manage a team of Paid Social Managers.

Lead forecast accuracy, develop strategy, and present plans to senior stakeholders while mentoring staff and delivering innovative, data-driven campaigns that maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital media or online advertising.
• Agency experience highly preferred.
• Experience managing and leading people.
• Deep knowledge of ad serving platforms and analytics.
• Strong client relationships and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, and monitors client P&Ls for assigned accounts.
• Implements well-rounded media planning and best practices.
• Leads performance and strategy presentations to senior stakeholders.
