Job summary

Zeno Group is seeking an Account Supervisor, Paid Media in New York to lead integrated paid media programs for consumer, corporate and healthcare clients. You will shape media strategies, oversee campaign execution and use performance insights to optimize investments across digital platforms.

This role requires 5+ years in paid media, strong platform knowledge (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, X) and hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, media strategy or integrated marketing within an agency or similar environment.
• Experience developing and managing paid media strategies across social and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube and X.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or similar paid media platforms.
• Strong understanding of campaign performance, optimization, audience targeting and paid media measurement.
• Experience translating analytics and performance trends into strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated paid media strategies that align audience insights, channel recommendations and investment decisions with client objectives and business goals.
• Oversee paid media campaigns across social and digital platforms, guiding execution, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations that inform optimization, future planning and client decision‑making.
• Partner with strategy, creative, analytics and account teams to connect paid media with broader communications and marketing programs.
• Serve as a trusted day‑to‑day client contact, presenting media recommendations, communicating performance and helping clients navigate evolving platforms and opportunities.
• Guide and mentor junior team members while helping ensure strong campaign execution and contributing to a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work.
• Identify opportunities to expand client programs and bring forward emerging platforms, technologies and media approaches that strengthen Zeno's paid media capabilities.
