Job summary

Zeno Group, a fiercely independent global communications agency, seeks a Vice President of Paid Media to lead integrated media strategies for Brand, Corporate and B2B clients. You will steer omnichannel planning across social, search, programmatic, video and more, grounded in data and client objectives.

As a senior media leader, you will mentor teams, evolve partnerships, and grow client relationships while shaping Zeno's paid media capabilities through innovation and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of paid media or integrated marketing experience in an agency or fast-paced setting.
• Proven success creating integrated media strategies for Brand, Corporate and B2B clients.
• Deep knowledge of paid media planning across social, search, programmatic, video and emerging channels.
• Experience managing campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X and Google Ads.
• Strong measurement, attribution, optimization and analytics capabilities.
• Ability to counsel senior clients and present strategies clearly.
• Proven leadership, budgeting and multi-client management skills.
