Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or integrated marketing.
• Experience developing and managing paid media strategies across social and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube and X.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or similar paid media platforms.
• Experience translating analytics and performance trends into strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated paid media strategies that align audience insights, channel recommendations and investments with client objectives and business goals.
• Oversee paid media campaigns across social and digital platforms, guiding execution, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
• Measure campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations that inform optimization, future planning and client decision-making.
• Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, presenting media recommendations, communicating performance and helping clients navigate evolving platforms and opportunities.
• Guide and mentor junior team members while helping ensure strong campaign execution and a collaborative environment.
