Position Summary...

This role of Director, Shop Experience will play a critical part in the Shopping Strategy, aiming to fulfill customer orders on-time and in-full. The position involves understanding store complexities and operations, especially inventory movement, to identify and drive higher fulfillment rates. The director will lead the team to develop a comprehensive technology and product roadmap, oversee testing, deployment, and tracking, and coordinate resources to improve the shopping experience through better stock availability, navigation, and reduced friction.

What you'll do...

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy based on data, customer, and associate feedback.
• Create an aligned roadmap with resource allocation and value delivery.
• Design compelling presentations incorporating data, customer feedback, and company goals.
• Lead teams clearly and efficiently to achieve objectives.
• Apply technology to enable strategic initiatives.
• Develop overall shop experience strategy for Last Mile delivery.
• Translate data analysis into executable strategies.
• Provide team leadership and guidance.
• Prioritize roadmap initiatives to align leadership and maximize value.
• Own and drive vision and outcomes related to shopper experience, stock levels, and business objectives.
• Present to leadership and stakeholders effectively.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field, with 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area, or 7 years’ experience in similar roles. At least 3 years of supervisory experience are required.

Preferred Qualifications...

Experience working on cross-functional teams or projects; Master’s degree in Business Administration; Project Management Professional certification.
