This role of Director, Shop Experience will play a critical part in the Shopping Strategy, aiming to fulfill customer orders on-time and in-full. The position involves understanding store complexities and operations, especially inventory movement, to identify and drive higher fulfillment rates. The director will lead the team to develop a comprehensive technology and product roadmap, oversee testing, deployment, and tracking, and coordinate resources to improve the shopping experience through better stock availability, navigation, and reduced friction.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field, with 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area, or 7 years’ experience in similar roles. At least 3 years of supervisory experience are required.
Experience working on cross-functional teams or projects; Master’s degree in Business Administration; Project Management Professional certification.
