Ebon Energy is seeking an experienced Utility Business Development Director to lead North American utility opportunities for transformer solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of utility procurement, strong relationship-building with municipal utilities, EPCs, and engineering firms, and the ability to drive from vendor qualification to PO award.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales or business development experience in transformers, electrical equipment, utility infrastructure, power distribution, or related markets.
• Proven success selling transformers and/or power-distribution equipment into utility customers.
• Established relationships with municipal utilities, electric cooperatives, utilities, EPCs, engineering firms, distributors, or utility supply channels.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute North American utility growth plan.
• Build and expand relationships with municipal utilities, electric cooperatives, utilities, EPCs, engineering firms, and other partners.
• Identify and develop strategic accounts and major transformer and power-distribution opportunities.
• Lead opportunities from RFQ/RFP through bid, negotiation, purchase order.
• Build account plans with disciplined bid/no-bid, pricing, territory, and opportunity management.
