About Ebon Energy
Ebon Energy is building its U.S. presence in the power and energy infrastructure market, with a focus on transformer and power-distribution solutions serving utilities, data centers, and other critical infrastructure customers.
As we expand our U.S. commercial organization and North American market presence, we are building a team of experienced industry leaders who can help establish strategic customer relationships, develop market channels, and position Ebon as a trusted power-infrastructure partner.
The Opportunity
Ebon Energy is seeking an experienced Partner & Channel Business Director – Power & Transformer Solutions to build and lead our U.S. indirect-sales and partner ecosystem.
This is a hands‑on market‑building role for a commercial leader who understands how transformers, electrical equipment, and power‑distribution solutions reach customers through Manufacturers’ Representatives, distributors, utility supply houses, and other channel partners. The initial priority will be identifying, recruiting, and developing a high‑quality network of Regional Manufacturers’ Representatives capable of expanding Ebon’s coverage across key U.S. markets.
The role will also develop selected distributor and utility supply relationships and evaluate OEM/private‑label partnerships where strategically appropriate.
You will help establish not only the partner network, but also the commercial structure needed to scale it, including territories, commissions, lead registration, house accounts, performance expectations, and channel‑conflict rules.
What You’ll Do
What We’re Looking For
Location: Irving/Dallas, TX preferred; remote considered for experienced industry candidates with strong existing market relationships.
Compliance: Candidates must be free from any active non‑compete or contractual restrictions that would prevent immediate engagement with relevant target partners or customer groups.
Why Join Ebon Energy?
This is an opportunity to join Ebon Energy at an important stage of our U.S. growth and help build the company’s channel strategy from the ground up.
Rather than inheriting an established rep network, you will have the opportunity to help determine who Ebon partners with, how territories are structured, how partners are compensated, how strategic accounts are protected, and how our channel ecosystem scales across the United States.
You will work directly with leadership and collaborate closely with our Utility, Data Center, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams as Ebon expands its North American market presence.
For an experienced electrical‑industry channel leader who already understands the Manufacturers’ Rep and distribution ecosystem and enjoys building—not simply maintaining—an established channel, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Ebon’s U.S. growth.
Ebon Energy offers a competitive compensation package designed to recognize both individual performance and contribution to long‑term business growth. The compensation structure for this position may include:
Specific compensation components will be determined based on the position, experience, qualifications, performance expectations, and applicable incentive programs.
Ebon Energy also offers a competitive benefits package for eligible U.S. employees, including:
Build What’s Next
If you have strong relationships across the electrical Manufacturers’ Rep, distribution, utility‑supply, transformer, or power‑infrastructure ecosystem and are energized by the opportunity to build a national partner network rather than simply inherit one, we’d like to hear from you.
