Unimacts Global is seeking a Director of Sales - Transformers/EBOS to drive market expansion, win major transformer and EBOS opportunities, and build high-level client relationships. You will coordinate with engineering, logistics, and procurement to win complex, high‑volume projects across North America and international markets.

You will lead cross‑border initiatives, tailor sales strategies to OEMs, utilities, and EPCs, and act as a trusted advisor on technical specs, timelines, and supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Business.
• 8+ years of sales experience in transformer, heavy electrical equipment, or industrial components.
• Experience selling to transformer OEMs, EPCs, or utilities with knowledge of transformer specs.
• Familiarity with transformer materials and industry codes.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue by securing new business with transformer OEMs, utilities, EPCs, and large projects across North America and international markets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for Transformers and EBOS products for solar and other industries.
• Lead cross-border sales initiatives and align regional strategies between U.S., Mexico, and global hubs.
• Engage with VP-level executives, manage long sales cycles, and represent the company at industry events.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and procurement to ensure timely delivery and proposal success.
