Job summary

Palmetto seeks a Senior Director, Total Rewards to own compensation, equity, and benefits strategy. You will lead executive compensation design, annual planning, and governance, partnering with Finance, Legal, and external advisors.

This role also oversees Benefits and People Operations to scale programs with the business. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on compensation expertise, public-company experience, and the ability to translate market and financial considerations into actionable

Qualifications

Deep hands-on expertise in executive compensation and equity (RSUs, options, performance awards).
Experience supporting a Board Compensation Committee; proxy/CD&A and SEC disclosure preferred.
Broad-based compensation expertise: structures, leveling, market pricing, annual planning.
Ability to build sophisticated models and explain complex topics to leadership.

Responsibilities

Owns Palmetto's compensation philosophy and strategy across base pay, STIs, long-term incentives, and equity.
Lead executive compensation design and disclosure, benchmarking against peers.
Partner with Finance, Legal, Accounting and external advisors for analyses and materials.
Drive equity and LTI strategy, including grant guidelines, vesting, and dilution management.
