Job summary

Bancroft seeks a Sr Director, Total Rewards to lead benefits, compensation, HRIS, and performance management across the enterprise. You will partner with leadership to design programs that support people and business results.

The role requires strategic direction on HR policies, contract negotiations with carriers, and oversight of self-insured plans and reference-based pricing. You will ensure compliance with laws and manage leave, RTW, and HR data integrity, in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• BS in Human Resources or Business Management.
• MBA or Certified Compensation/Benefits or SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Bancroft's business strategy.
• Provide strategic direction on HR policies and procedures.
• Report to board committees on updates when applicable.
• Oversee enterprise compensation programs to ensure fair, equitable, and competitive practices.
• Oversee Health & Welfare programs, ensuring compliant, valuable benefits.
• Oversee leave administration and return-to-work programs.
• Negotiate contracts with insurance carriers for cost-effective coverage.
• Ensure best practices in Total Rewards and HR data integrity across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with IT for HR system improvements and support.
• Oversee employee recognition programs and platforms.
• Contribute input for enterprise ad-hoc assignments.
