Job summary

Cartier North America seeks a Director of Talent Management and Mobility to lead the talent strategy across the region. You will drive talent reviews, succession planning, internal mobility and development programs, while leveraging analytics to inform executive decisions.

You will collaborate with HR Operations and technology partners to modernize processes, implement Workday, and integrate AI-driven insights to boost employee experience and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in human resources or talent management.
• Strong expertise in assessment, calibration, succession and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead talent management strategies, reviews and succession planning.
• Oversee internal mobility, career committees and talent-sharing initiatives.
• Manage talent reporting, analytics and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Modernize talent processes, including HR tech tools and AI integration.
• Partner with leaders to advance workforce development and inclusion.
