Job summary

Cartier North America seeks a People Data & Analytics Manager to advance analytics strategy, partnering with HR, Finance, Retail, and Operations to translate workforce data into actionable insights that drive workforce and business decisions.

You will own end-to-end analyses, connect people metrics to commercial performance, and lead KPI development while exploring AI-enabled approaches. Strong storytelling and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• 5+ years in People Analytics, BI, or HR analytics.
• Experience leading analytical projects end-to-end with clear business impact.
• Strong Excel and data-visualization skills with executive dashboard experience.
• Experience with Workday and/or Visier; Looker/Tableau/BI tools advantageous.
• SQL or similar data-querying skills a plus.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis of workforce topics (headcount, turnover, retention, recruiting, organizational design).
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Identify risks and opportunities in workforce data and surface insights to HR leaders.
• Develop analyses linking people metrics with commercial performance to inform boutique and organizational outcomes.
• Construct predictive analyses to address turnover drivers, hiring success indicators, and workforce productivity.
• Support workforce planning, staffing analysis, and organizational health indicators.
