Job summary

Neighborly is seeking a Director of Systems to lead tools, processes, reporting, and training that support Brand initiatives across the franchise network. You will translate operational insights into scalable solutions with the Brand President and stakeholders.

The role requires 7+ years in business systems or analytics, strong collaboration skills, and a proven track record in developing scalable processes and training. Hybrid work in Irving, TX with other US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in business systems, operations, analytics, or related roles.
• Experience building scalable processes, tools, and reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and new systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operating systems and processes for consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Develop and improve tools, systems, and reporting to support Brand initiatives.
• Partner with franchise owners to test and scale best practices.
• Collaborate with Neighborly Brands to share solutions and reduce duplication.
• Create reporting tools showing KPIs, trends, and franchise growth opportunities.
• Establish benchmarking to support Franchise Business Coaches.
• Develop tools to improve sales, pricing, costs, and operations.
• Create training resources for franchise coaches to ensure consistency.
• Perform other duties as required.
