Job summary

Neighborly is seeking a Director of Sales on the Real Property Management team in Irving, TX. You will deliver live coaching on lead generation, guide client acquisition, and partner with Franchise Business Coaches, marketing, operations, and leadership to drive franchise growth.

You will develop training materials and facilitator guides, track performance metrics, and build strong relationships with franchise owners while representing the brand at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Communication, or related field (preferred) or equivalent training.
• 5+ years in real estate, property management, or franchise operations with lead generation and client acquisition experience.
• Proven sales coaching, strategy development and data-driven recommendation skills.
• Ability to design training materials and communicate sales concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency with CRM and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live weekly sessions, workshops, and coaching on lead generation, conversion, and client acquisition.
• Maintain a rolling 90-day training calendar and develop sales materials, scripts, and facilitator guides.
• Partner with Franchise Business Coaches, marketing, operations, and leadership to align strategies for franchise growth.
• Track conversion rates, sales activity, and training effectiveness to identify gaps and provide recommendations.
• Build consultative partnerships with franchise owners and represent the brand at industry events.
