Job summary

Neighborly is seeking a Director of Marketing Enablement to build and lead the infrastructure that helps franchise owners access and execute marketing programs, tools, and platforms. You will partner with Marketing, Brand, Digital, and other shared services to drive adoption and improve owner experience.

The role oversees education, communications, program management, and centralized support, with a focus on scalable training and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of marketing experience with integrated marketing across traditional and digital channels.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience within an agency environment, franchise organization, or similarly complex operating model.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing Enablement strategy including education, communications, program management, and support services to drive adoption of marketing programs.
• Develop scalable training, onboarding, and learning experiences to increase franchise owner understanding and utilization of tools.
• Coordinate franchise communications ensuring clear messaging and integrated support plans for major initiatives.
• Oversee centralized marketing support, including processes, escalation, and service delivery to improve owner experience.
