Job summary

Neighborly, the hub of home and business service brands, is seeking a Franchise Success Manager in Irving, TX. You will own the new owner onboarding system, design an enterprise-wide framework, and drive consistency across all brands to enhance franchise owner success.

You will partner with Brand Presidents and franchise leadership to standardize onboarding while preserving brand nuance, develop dashboards and executive reports, and lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Operations,

Qualifications

5+ years in program management or franchise operations.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder influence.
KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting experience.
Bachelor’s or equivalent in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the new owner onboarding system and evolve a standardized approach across Neighborly brands.
Design, implement, and continuously enhance an enterprise-wide onboarding framework.
Establish onboarding standards, milestones, and success measures with cross-functional stakeholders.
Develop dashboards and executive reports to track franchise performance and ramp-up progress.
Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Technology, Training, and Support teams to align onboarding initiatives across brands.
