Neighborly's Aire Serv leadership team seeks a Vice President of Operations to drive franchise performance, set operating standards, and lead a cross-functional group across finance, legal, training, and marketing. This hybrid role based in Irving, TX, requires 10+ years in operations or franchise leadership, strong strategic and financial acumen, and willingness to travel up to 20%.
You'll partner with the Brand President to execute plans, mentor Franchise Business Coaches, and scale governance
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years in operations/franchise leadership.
- Experience managing multi-unit/field operations.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable plans.
- Strong financial acumen and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsabilidades
- Lead franchise system performance and scalable operating plans.
- Develop budgets, KPIs, and growth strategies with Brand President.
- Manage Franchise Business Coaches and support teams.
- Ensure compliance and strong vendor relationships.
