Job summary

Neighborly in Irving, TX seeks a Director, Marketing Enablement to build and lead the infrastructure that helps franchise owners access and execute marketing programs, tools and platforms.

You will oversee training, communications, program management, and frontline support, partnering with Marketing, Brand, Digital, and Shared Services to ensure a consistent owner experience. Hybrid schedule in Irving, TX, with competitive pay and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of marketing experience with integrated marketing across traditional and digital channels.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience within an agency environment, franchise organization, or similarly complex operating model.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing Enablement strategy including education, communications, program management, and support services.
• Develop scalable training, onboarding, and learning experiences for franchise owners.
• Coordinate and govern marketing communications with clear, integrated messaging.
• Serve as liaison between franchise owners, marketing teams, and shared-service experts.
• Oversee centralized marketing support, including processes and escalation management.
• Monitor program performance and owner feedback to drive improvements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Marketing Enablement team.
