Job summary

Neighborly is seeking a Franchise Success Manager for the Strategic Operations team in Irving, TX. The role leads the enterprise onboarding program for new franchise owners, driving consistency and efficiency across Neighborly brands.

You will partner with Brand Presidents and cross-functional teams to design scalable onboarding, establish standards, and measure success with dashboards and executive reporting. Hybrid work with in-office/telework days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise owner of the new owner onboarding system, creating a standardized approach for Neighborly brands.
• Design, implement, and refine the onboarding system across all brands to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Evaluate brand onboarding processes to standardize best practices while preserving operational nuances.
• Establish onboarding standards, cadences, milestones, and success measures.
• Coordinate onboarding experience through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Advise Brand Presidents and franchise leadership as a strategic thought partner.
• Partner with brand stakeholders to balance enterprise consistency with brand needs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve franchise owner effectiveness and streamline communications.
• Build alignment among Operations, Marketing, Technology, Training, and Support teams.
• Facilitate executive discussions on onboarding strategy, risks, and opportunities.
• Define, track and report on onboarding and franchise performance metrics.
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting to show onboarding effectiveness and ramp-up progress.
