Eaton seeks a Director of Supplier Development Engineering to shape global supplier capability for data center growth. You will lead 5 direct reports and a 45-person team, driving supplier readiness, manufacturing excellence, and risk mitigation.

The role can be based in multiple US locations with up to 50% travel; relocation is offered. Bachelor's in engineering or related field and 12+ years in supplier-focused roles are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 12 years in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or Procurement.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional groups.
• Experience leading large-scale supplier capability improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Experience with new product introductions, capacity expansions, and supplier transfers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Supplier Development by aligning regional strategy with Global Procurement objectives.
• Coach and develop managers and engineers; drive prioritization and resource deployment.
• Drive APQP, PPAP, launch readiness, and capacity expansion programs.
• Develop supplier capability and manufacturing excellence across the supply base.
• Provide executive oversight for risk identification, mitigation, and supplier recovery.
