Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in college access, higher education, nonprofit leadership, or partnerships.
• Proven ability to lead recruitment and enrollment initiatives with strong relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with data-informed decision making and reporting.

Responsibilities

• External partnership management to grow school and community partnerships.
• Develop regional student recruitment strategy with enrollment targets.
• Lead community engagement and outreach to expand program awareness.
• Manage interns and coordinate with program leadership.
• Prepare reports and analyses for regional and national leadership.
