The role focuses on developing long-term enrollment strategies, data-driven decision making, and coordinating events and partnerships that convert interest into enrollment while supporting family experience across the entire journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in enrollment management, admissions, recruitment, or a related leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. independent school admissions and enrollment practices.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic enrollment initiatives.
• Proven ability to build relationships with families, students, alumni, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive enrollment strategy.
• Lead recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Oversee admissions processes from inquiry to enrollment and onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, tours, and placement assessments.
