Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in enrollment management, admissions, recruitment, or related leadership role within an educational setting.
• Experience knowledge of U.S. independent school admissions landscape and enrollment strategy.
• Proven track record developing and implementing enrollment, recruitment, and retention initiatives.
• Ability to analyze enrollment data, market trends, and KPIs to inform decisions.
• Experience supervising admissions operations and customer service through the family enrollment journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategy and annual goals.
• Oversee admissions from inquiry through enrollment and onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, tours, and placement assessments.
• Oversee enrollment systems, records, and documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership on admissions decisions and student placement.
• Lead alumni engagement and community outreach initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs, monitor funnel performance, and report to Leadership and Board.
